The Scanner can take a 3D image of any object or sculpture however complex. For example a human head, an artist's sculpture, or architectural artefacts etc. The image can be enlarged or reduced in size, and can be reproduced in stone, marble, wood, polystyrene etc.
This sophisticated eight axis robot runs in a personnel free zone along a ten metres of track under remote computer control. Very large objects can be router sculpted up to 7.5 metres long. A rotating table is used for statues. The powerful variable speed router head has a refrigerated spindle for heavy work and an automatic tool changer to select the most appropriate tool for the material being sculpted.

Using 3D computer scanning technology, and a large sophisticated eight axis robot, it is now possible to produce sculptures that are not just a likeness of the subject but a perfect reproduction.
